DPLF releases joint statement on the trial against judge Garzon
This statement, on the trial against Garzon that starts in Madrid on January 24, was prepared jointly by DPLF, Rights International, OMCT, Human Rights Watch, the Asociacion pro Derechos Humanos of Spain, the International Commission of Jurists, the European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights, the Center for Constitutional Rights and Lawyers' Rights Watch Canada.
In this communication, the organizations mentioned above implore the Spanish Tribunal Superior to respect the norms established in international law.
